Quoting for paving contractors
A finished paving quote in minutes.
Describe the job in your own words — typed, or dictated straight from the site. Quote Bench prices it from your material and labour rates and prepares a professional PDF quote. You review it and send.
Trades
Paving today. More trades on the way.
Quote Bench is built trade by trade — each one gets its own calculation templates priced from your rates. Paver installation is first.
Paver installation
Excavation, sub-base layers, bedding, pavers, edging — the full work and material breakdown, priced from your own rates.
- Patios
- Driveways
- Walkways
- Edging
Concrete slabs and foundations
Slabs and footings including formwork and reinforcement.
Earthworks and excavation
Standalone earthmoving jobs — digging, haul-away, and site preparation. Excavation as part of a paving job is already priced today.

How it works
From description to a sent quote in four steps.
- 1
Set your prices once
Fill in your material price list, labour rates, and default margin. It is a one-time setup — every quote after that runs on your numbers.
- 2
Describe the job
Type it, or dictate it on your phone. Dimensions and a few details are enough — the client can be named right in the description.
- 3
Review the breakdown
The quote arrives as an itemised breakdown. Adjust anything — quantities, prices, margin — by hand or just by dictating the change, and the totals recalculate.
- 4
Send the PDF
One click produces a quote with your logo and company details, ready for the customer. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Features
Everything you need to price a job. Nothing you don’t.
Dictate from the site
A mobile-first interface with voice dictation. Describe the job right at the site visit and the priced draft is ready in minutes — send it straight from your phone, or fine-tune it later at the office.
Your prices, not AI guesses
AI drafts the structured job inputs — you confirm them, and the calculation engine prices the confirmed inputs from your own price list, the same way every time. You review every quote before it goes out.
The quote is a working document
Add and edit line items, set the margin with a slider, watch the totals update. No side spreadsheet.
Revise in plain language
“Add 10 square metres and switch to granite pavers.” Type or dictate the change and the line items update — you confirm the result.
A professional PDF
A quote with your logo, your company details, and a structured breakdown. In the language and units of your market — Czech and metric, or English and imperial.
You stay in control
Nothing is sent without your approval — every quote passes through your hands before it reaches the customer, and changes to quotes and settings are recorded in an audit log.

FAQ
Things owners ask first.
Where do the prices in a quote come from?
From your price list. You set materials, labour rates, and a default margin in the app — starter values are examples to replace with your own rates. AI drafts the structured job inputs; the calculation engine applies your rates. You verify both.
What if the quote isn’t right?
Everything is editable — line items, quantities, prices, margin. Change it by hand, or simply say what should be different: type or dictate “add ten square metres and switch to granite pavers” and the document updates. It goes to the customer only once you are happy with it.
Is it only for paving?
For now, yes — paving is the first trade with dedicated calculation templates. Concrete slabs and earthworks are next on the list; tell us which trade we should add for you.
Will it contact my customers on its own?
No. A quote leaves only when you approve and send it yourself. No automatic emails to your customers.
Where is my data, and can I leave?
Primary application data lives in the EU — the database in Frankfurt, files in EU-region storage. Some service providers process data in other countries under contractual safeguards. Every firm is isolated at the database layer, and your data stays yours: you can request an export of your data at any time.
What languages are supported?
During the US pilot the app operates in English for the US market — quotes in English, dollars, and imperial units, with tax treatment and rates configured and confirmed by you for your own business. Czech language and the Czech market are built and return after the pilot.
